2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing or using the Platform, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use and uninstall any related software.

3. No Custody; SelfCustody

• User control. Your private keys remain under your sole control. We do not hold, access or manage your keys or funds.
• Responsibility. You are solely responsible for:
  • maintaining secure backups;
  • preventing unauthorized access;
  • authorizing transactions;
  • safeguarding any recovery phrases or key material.

4. Services

4.1 Token Swap

• You may execute token exchanges between supported tokens.
• Swaps occur via onchain liquidity pools; slippage, gas costs and execution failure risks apply.

4.2 Staking

• You may stake eligible tokens (per Platform’s staking pools) to earn staking-based rewards.
• Eligibility, lockup periods and APR are defined inapp; may vary over time.

4.3 Passive Yield

• Holding the daily minimum balance (across the Index Assets) entitles you to yield.
• Yield rate is variable and not guaranteed; based on protocol-specified distribution logic.
• Calculations use your lowest balance during UTC calendar day.
• Each token must be claimed separately

5. Risks; No Warranty; No Advice

• 5.1. Investment Disclaimer
  • These Terms do not constitute investment, tax, legal or financial advice.
  • You should seek independent professional guidance before making financial decisions.
• 5.2. No Guarantee of Returns
  • All yields, APRs, rewards and token values are inherently volatile and may fall to zero.
• 5.3. Risk Factors
  By using the Platform, you acknowledge the following risks (nonexhaustive list):
  • Smart contract risk: Bugs, exploits or vulnerabilities may lead to total or partial loss of funds.
  • Blockchain risk: Network congestion or forks may delay or invalidate transactions.
  • Market risk: Token prices are volatile; yields and your principal can lose value.
  • Liquidity risk: Low liquidity may hamper swaps or staking exits.
  • Regulatory risk: Changes in law or enforcement may impair Platform functionality or accessibility.
  • Technology risk: Platform software (including mobile/desktop clients) may contain bugs or security flaws.

6. Limitation of Liability; “AsIs”

Asis: Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranties (including noninfringement, fitness for purpose, uptime, or security).

Liability cap: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AIISAAC and its affiliates, partners, employees, contractors and licensors disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from or related to your use (or inability to use) the Platform.

You expressly waive rights to any losses or claims, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or damages from security breaches.

7. Compliance & User Conduct

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction (AML/KYC, sanctions, tax reporting, export controls) if needed.

You agree not to:

• use the Platform for illicit or unlawful purposes;
• reverseengineer or tamper with client software;
• interfere with network or Platform operations;
• upload malicious code or spam transmissions.

8. Token & Wallet Ownership

$AIISAAC Token:

• Purpose: Utility within Platform e.g., potential governance or reward mechanics as defined separately. It confers no equity, voting rights, dividend rights, or legal/contractual rights beyond smartcontract functionality.

Wallet balances:

• You retain sole ownership and control.
• AIISAAC holds no proprietary interest in assets you store or manage.

9. Index Asset Updates; Platform Changes

Monthly updates: AIISAAC may revise the Index Assets basket monthly (additions/removals). You accept yieldcalculation impacts.

Feature changes: We may modify, suspend or terminate any part of the Platform (swap, staking, yield) at our discretion.

Notifications: Material changes will be announced via inapp notifications, website, email or official social channels. Continued use indicates acceptance.

10. Index Asset Updates; Platform Changes

Platform software, branding, trademarks and documentation are owned by AIISAAC or its licensors.

You may use client software solely for accessing the Platform per these Terms.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, reverseengineering or usage beyond permitted scope is prohibited.

11. Amendments; Termination

We may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version. Your continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate any User’s access if we believe there is a violation or risk to Platform integrity.

Sections intended to survive termination (e.g., Liability, Compliance, IP) remain in force posttermination.
